MODELS OF THE PENAL LIABILITY ACCORDING TO THE POLISH NATURE PROTECTION LAW
The subject of this paper is the presentation of historical development and current state of the legal tools serving to realize the penal liability under the Polish Nature Protection Law with distinguishing three forms of this liability: for offences, petty offences and administrative violations in nature protection sensu stricto, forestry, hunting and fishery, with special attention for distinguishing codex models in form of the Penal Codex and the Petty Offences Codex and models apart from these codexes in the particular acts: the Nature Protection Act, the Forest Act, the Hunting Act and the Fishery Act.

Wojciech Radecki je emeritním vedoucím Oddělení práva životního prostředí Ústavu právních věd Polské akademie věd Wroclaw, visiting professor Právnické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy, člen redakční rady časopisu České právo životního prostředí. Je autorem rozsáhlého množství odborných prací (vědeckých článků, monografií a komentářů k zákonům, dále učebnic a recenzí z oblasti práva životního prostředí a správního práva trestního). Rovněž je specialista na srovnávací právo životního prostředí zemí střední Evropy.
