THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT REJECTED A MOTION TO REPEAL PART OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT ACT
This section of the magazine deals with the current case law of the Constitutional Court. This time, the rulings of the Constitutional Court concern construction projects in terms of environmental impact assessment and noise levels. In both cases, the Constitutional Court gave priority to construction over environmental protection.
