ACT NO. 106/1999 COLL. AND THE USER OF A FISHING GROUND ACCORDING TO ACT NO. 99/2004 COLL. – TO BE OR NOT TO BE THE LEGALLY BOUND PERSON?
On 1th January 2025, the Czech Act on Free Access to Information will celebrate its 25th anniversary. On the occasion of this anniversary, we briefly consider whether the person obliged to provide information under this Act is also a user of a fishing ground within the meaning of the Fisheries Act.
