REPORT ON THE CONFERENCE ON THE SINGLE ENVIRONMENTAL OPINION
On 19th and 20th November, a national conference on the single environmental opinion as a new institute of procedural integration in the field of environmental permitting took place. During the two days, representatives not only of the Ministry of the Environment, as the organizer of the conference and as the coordinator of the single environmental opinion agenda, but also representatives of regional and municipal governments and independent legal experts exchanged information on methodological procedures, legal interpretations and problematic points.
