THE RIGHT TO ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION AND THE DECISION‐MAKING PRACTICE OF THE SUPREME ADMINISTRATIVE COURT
The Supreme Administrative Court (NSS) of the Czech Republic clarified that procedural information related to environmental matters should be considered environmental information under Act No. 123/1998 Coll. This ruling ensures that such information requests are handled under more favorable provisions, emphasizing transparency and efficiency in environmental proceedings.
