The subject of the review is a commentary on the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 415/2012 Coll., on the permissible level of pollution and its determination and on the implementation of certain other provisions of the Act on Air Protection. This Decree is the most extensive and most comprehensive implementing legislation issued to implement Act No. 201/2012 Coll., on Air Protection, as amended. The publication was published in 2024 by the Wolters Kluwer Czech Republic. The authč. or team consists of two experienced authors working at the Ministry of the Environment.
