ORDERS (MODES) IN THE BINDING EIA OPINION FOR DOWNHILL SKI RUNS AND SKI RESORTS
The conditions contained in the binding opinion are a key tool for ensuring the protection of the environment as a whole, and they can also contribute to the implementation of sustainable plans for ski resorts and downhill slopes.
The aim of this paper is to interpret the results of a content analysis of the conditions contained in selected binding opinions and to examine in greater depth their possible justifications and reasons for their inclusion.
